Job Description:

ASASA Kitchens provides state-of-the-art basement, bathroom, and kitchen renovation services within the GTA and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves in working with our clients to determine specific project requirements and apply the essential services and goals to deliver each project fruitfully.

During the course of a project, the Project Manager oversees all aspects, from the design meeting to the final collection. A typical day involves 9-12 tasks and two service calls. In addition to meeting the target completion dates and budgets, they will deliver the project within the specified timeframe. The project manager will ensure that the project is closed at the end of each project by reviewing the warranty, collecting the final payment, and obtaining a 5-star review. Review dates, timelines, and budgets will influence earnings/bonuses directly.

Meet twice a week to discuss current jobs, commit to completion dates, and schedule jobs on the Project Management Software.

The PM reports directly to the Director.

In conjunction with all required standards, codes, and specifications, the Project Manager plans, develops, coordinates, and manages the overall budget and schedule for residential renovations.

Responsibilities:

•         Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
•          Be the customer's point of contact
•          Deliver the task within the estimated time frame based on the scope of the project
•          Keep the system and schedule up-to-date at all times
•          Planning skills
•          Work well under stress
•          Allocate resources for assigned projects
•          Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
•         Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
•         Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
•          Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
•          Other duties as assigned
